1. Service Scope
Urban City Service provides professional housekeeping services for residential properties, offices, commercial establishments, hotels, apartments, educational institutions, and other facilities. Services may include cleaning, dusting, mopping, sanitization, waste management, washroom maintenance, and general upkeep activities.
2. Service Availability
Housekeeping personnel are assigned based on availability and client requirements. Service schedules may vary depending on manpower availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and operational requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide access to the premises during agreed service hours.
- Provide a safe working environment for housekeeping staff.
- Clearly communicate service expectations and special requirements.
- Secure valuables, confidential documents, and sensitive items before service begins.
4. Cleaning Materials & Equipment
Cleaning materials and equipment may be provided either by Urban City Service or by the client, depending on the agreed service package. Additional consumables requested by the client may incur extra charges.
5. Scope of Work
Housekeeping staff will perform only the tasks included in the agreed scope of work. Any additional duties outside the agreed responsibilities may require revised pricing or additional staffing arrangements.
6. Staff Conduct & Replacement
- All personnel are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Clients should immediately report any concerns regarding staff performance.
- Replacement staff may be arranged subject to availability and operational feasibility.
7. Attendance & Scheduling
Urban City Service will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent attendance. In cases of illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances, replacement staff may be assigned whenever possible.
8. Health & Safety
Our housekeeping staff follow standard hygiene and safety procedures while performing duties. Clients are requested to inform us of any hazardous materials, restricted areas, or special safety requirements before service commencement.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Service cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Short-notice cancellations may attract service charges.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to company policy.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Urban City Service provides professional cleaning solutions with utmost care and diligence. However, the company shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or disputes regarding cash, jewelry, valuables, or personal belongings left unsecured on the premises. Customers are strictly advised to secure all personal belongings prior to the commencement of service.
Any claims of fraud, theft, or external legal disputes raised after the service team has vacated the premises will not be entertained. Urban City Service stands fully indemnified against any such legal actions, proceedings, or demands. The company shall also not be responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, client negligence, restricted access, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Service Quality Assurance
We strive to deliver high-quality housekeeping services. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback immediately after service so that any concerns can be addressed promptly.
12. Changes to Terms
Urban City Service reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
13. Code of Conduct & Staff Safety
Urban City Service maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of abuse, harassment, disrespect, or threatening behavior directed at our cleaning professionals. Our staff are entitled to a safe and respectful working environment at all times.
Clients and occupants must treat all housekeeping personnel with courtesy and professionalism.
Our team reserves the right to immediately discontinue a service session if any staff member feels unsafe, threatened, or mistreated on the premises.
In the event a service is terminated due to client misconduct or unsafe conditions, no refund will be issued for that service session.
Repeated violations may result in permanent refusal of service to the concerned client or premises.
